Opening & Testing Days
If you're sending samples soon, be aware of potential post disruption due to the August Bank Holiday at the end of the month on 26th of August.
Please try and send your samples by Tuesday 20th to ensure the sample arrives with us while still viable to test and avoiding it getting lost or delayed in the expected weekend postal disruption.
You can help to maintain the freshness of the sample by filling the pot full to exclude any air and writing the date sample was taken on the back of the envelope.

Shop orders placed over the bank holiday weekend will be posted on the Tuesday when normal service resumes.
